Terms of Sale

Last updated October 26, 2026

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from , which is operated by , a Michigan limited liability company ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them. Our Shipping & Returns and Privacy policies are part of these terms.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when the part ships. We may cancel any order, for example if a part is out of stock, discontinued, priced incorrectly, can't be shipped to your address, or appears fraudulent. If we cancel after you've paid, you get a full refund.

Prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars. Stock levels come from our distributor and are updated regularly, but can change between your order and shipment. If a part becomes unavailable, we'll contact you with options or refund it. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors, even after an order is placed.

Payment, shipping and tax

Payments are processed securely by Square. Shipping charges are shown before you pay and explained on our Shipping & Returns page. We collect sales tax where required.

Fitment

We show which engines and model years each part fits, based on manufacturer and distributor information. Fitment data isn't perfect, and trucks can differ by build date, options or previous modifications. Please confirm fitment before ordering, and call us with your VIN if you're unsure. Check every part before installing it; installed parts can't be returned.

Installation and safe use

Many parts should be installed by a qualified technician. Follow the manufacturer's instructions. You're responsible for proper installation and for how the vehicle is used afterward.

Emissions and legal use

Some parts affect your vehicle's emissions or are restricted in certain states. These are marked on their product pages where the manufacturer or distributor has flagged them. It's your responsibility to make sure a part is legal for your vehicle and state before installing it on a vehicle used on public roads. We don't sell parts intended to remove or defeat emissions control equipment.

Warranty

Parts are covered only by their manufacturer's warranty, if any; we'll help you file a claim. Except for that manufacturer warranty, parts are sold "as is," and to the extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that part. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as labor costs, towing, rental vehicles, lost income, or damage caused by incorrect installation or use. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Website content

Product names, photos and descriptions come from manufacturers and our distributor and belong to their owners. Don't copy or scrape this website's content or data without our permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Genesee County, Michigan, unless the law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted when you place your order applies to that order.
