This policy explains what information , operated by ("we"), collects when you use this website, and how we use it. We keep it simple: we collect only what we need to sell and ship your parts, and we never sell your information.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email, shipping address, the parts you buy and, if you give it, your truck's year, make, engine or VIN so we can check fitment.
- Payment details: handled entirely by our payment processor, Square. Your card number goes straight to Square; we never see or store it.
- Messages: anything you send us through the part-request form, email or phone.
- Saved in your browser: your cart and the trucks in "My Garage" are stored only on your own device (browser local storage), so they're still there when you come back. They aren't sent to us until you check out.
- Basic technical data: like any website, our hosting provider records standard request information such as IP address and browser type to run and secure the site.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your order, including returns and warranty claims
- To answer your questions and part requests
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure
- To meet legal and tax obligations
We don't send marketing emails unless you've asked us to.
Who we share it with
Only the companies we need to run the store:
- Square: payment processing and receipts (Square's privacy notice)
- Our parts distributor and shipping carriers: your name and shipping address, so your order can be packed and delivered
- Netlify: website hosting
- Google Fonts: loads the fonts on this site, which shares your IP address with Google
We may also share information if required by law, or to protect our rights in a dispute.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for warranty, returns, accounting and tax purposes, generally up to 7 years, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep by law. You can clear your saved cart and garage at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
Children
This site is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
